Principal Staff

John Kenneth Wright
B.Sc., C.Eng., M.I.C.E., M.I.Struct.E.
Graduated Univiersity of Glasgow in 1967 and following extensive site and office experience in England with John Laing Construction moved into Consulting when he joined the staff of Babtie Shaw and Morton in Glasgow in 1972. Subsequent employment with Leonard & Partners and Derick Simpson & Partners resulted in transfer to Aberdeen and finally setting up Wright Associates in Aberdeen in 1985.

Roderick A MacLeod
B.Sc., C.Eng., M.I.C.E.
Graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 1975 and joined the staff of Grampian Regional Council carrying out extensive projects in the design and construction of water and sewage related schemes. He later joined McGregor Associates of Aberdeen in 1985 and finally Wright Associates in 1994, becoming a partner in 1997.


Bill Gibb
Senior Engineer and Drawing Office Manager has a wealth of experience covering a period of 26 years with civil and structural engineering consultants. He has worked on all aspects of construction during his career and joined Wright Associates in 1997 bringing with him his considerable expertise to the practice.
